The Rotadairon® CLEARMAX 145 is a multifunction tool designed to operate at every stage of turf regeneration. Its key feature is the modularity of its functions, which can be used individually or in combination depending on the specific needs of the turf and the maintenance season.

Disc System – Precision Soil Work

The disc system performs multiple operations:

• Weed stress: The 32 sharp, uniformly spaced discs (adjustable from 0 to 60 mm depth, spaced 47.5 mm apart) effectively weaken weeds that are not impacted by superficial scarifying (Spring tine harrow)
• Linear aeration: Improves air/water exchange and stimulates root development.
• Light decompaction: Breaks surface crusts without disturbing the soil structure.

Adjustable Tine Scarifying System

• Scarifying mode: Removes dead organic matter and lifts the grass blades.
• Overseeding mode: The tines improve seed penetration and ensure even seed distribution.

Ventilated Fluted Seeder

The seeder features a fluted feed system, with flow proportional to forward speed. An integrated blower ensures uniform seed distribution. Pneumatic transfer delivers seeds to the distributors, and the feed rate is adjustable directly from an electric control box in the cab.

This technology ensures uniform overseeding, suitable for ryegrass, fescues, and other fine species.

The rear roller then compacts the seed to promote germination.
